General terms and conditions for stay bookings and event venue access.

1. Agreement Terms

By reserving a room or blocking event dates at The Mountain Resort in Karjat, By Redwings, you agree to abide by our property guidelines, check-in policies, and noise regulations.

2. Property Damage & Conduct

Guests are requested to treat resort amenities with care. Any intentional damage to resort infrastructure, rooms, lawns, or decor will be assessed and billed to the primary guest.

3. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karjat / Raigad District, Maharashtra.
