1. Cancellation Timelines & Refunds
• 12+ Days Prior to Check-in: Full refund or 100% credit voucher for future dates.
• 6 to 11 Days Prior: 50% refund or credit voucher.
• Less than 6 Days Prior: Advance payments are non-refundable.
2. Date Rescheduling
Date rescheduling is permitted free of charge if requested at least 10 days prior to check-in, subject to room availability for the requested new dates.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
