How do I book a stay at The Mountain Resort?
Select your check-in and check-out dates in the booking engine on this page, choose your room category, and confirm availability in real time. For weddings and group events, contact our team directly for a customized package.
What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and prior management approval.
What advance payment is required to confirm a booking?
A 50% advance payment of the total estimated amount is required to block dates for weddings, private events, or stay bookings. The remaining balance must be cleared before check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
For cancellations made 12+ days prior to check-in, a full refund or credit voucher for future dates is issued. For cancellations within 6 days of check-in, advance payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to date availability.
Is government ID required at check-in?
Yes, valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) is mandatory for every staying guest at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.
