Booking Rules & Payment Terms
1. Advance & Reservation Confirmation
A 50% advance payment is required to block dates for weddings, group stays, or private estate bookings. Remaining billing must be cleared prior to or at check-in.
2. Headcount & Final Billing
Final packages follow the confirmed headcount provided 7 days before check-in. Additional guests during the event will be billed based on the selected package tier rate per person per day.
3. Mandatory Guest Identification
Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) is mandatory for every staying guest at check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted per local regulations.
4. Outside Catering & Decorators
Outside catering is not permitted for package bookings. In-house culinary spreads are provided. External decorators, DJs, and sound vendors are welcome subject to prior management clearance.
5. Pet Policy & Property Maintenance
Pets are not allowed inside guest rooms or resort grounds. Guests are expected to maintain property decorum and report any accidental damages to the front desk.
